KudosBet is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, which mandates a specific set of responsible-gaming tools in every player account. All of the following are available from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period before activation.
- Loss limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a set time period. Useful for staying within a fixed session budget.
- Wager limits: Restrict how much you can stake per bet or per session.
- Session time limits: Set a maximum session length. The platform will prompt you when the limit is reached.
- Reality checks: Receive timed reminders during play showing how long you have been logged in and your net position for the session.
- Cool-off / time-out: Temporarily close your account for a short period (24 hours to 6 weeks). You cannot log in or deposit during this time.
- Self-exclusion: Request a longer account suspension (minimum 6 months). Once in place, this cannot be reversed until the period expires. KudosBet is required by the MGA to enforce self-exclusion across all its brands.
How to set limits or self-exclude
- Log in to your KudosBet account.
- Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming.
- Select the tool you want to use and enter the relevant values.
- Confirm your choice. Restrictive changes (lower limits, cool-off, self-exclusion) take effect immediately.
If you are in crisis and need your account closed immediately, contact KudosBet support via the Valkyria chat assistant or by email. The support team can action an emergency self-exclusion without requiring you to navigate the account settings.
